Beware of what you set your mind on, because that you will surely become.
PHILIPPIANS 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me
Many people are sitting in the grave, living out of the grave just as the man we read of in Mark 5. Their thought life has been taken captive by the dark forces, because our dark and negative thoughts are released into the spiritual atmosphere around us. Dark thoughts are absorbed by the kingdom of darkness and positive, light thoughts are released into the Kingdom of YHVH.
Phil 4:8 For the rest, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence and is
honorable and seemly, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and lovable, whatever is kind and winsome and gracious, if there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think on and weigh and take account of these things [fix your minds on them].
Yes, we all get hurt in life, but we are all faced with a choice – What am I going to focus on? Do I choose forgiveness, or do I choose revenge, hate, bitterness and/or self-pity? These emotions can easily become an idol in my life; consuming my time and thoughts. Self-pity can easily become your god, self-hate follows and then your wound becomes a breeding place and habitat for the epigenetics (curses) and all the demonic forces. They just love a dustbin that is filled with dirty, angry thoughts. Mental illnesses such as depression, eating disorders, epilepsy and many others is a result of this dark demonic grave of our thought life. It is one thing to treat symptoms, but that which is going on in the spirit (at the very root) is much worse. We need to treat the wound and not only the fruit.
What my mind is set on, I definitely become. Life is all about choices. Do you want Holy Spirit to enter into the wound, into your dirty, dark thought life? Or are you happy to live in the darkness of the tomb with all the tormenting evil unclean spirits around you? You will eat the fruit of this dark demonic thought life. And the sad thing is that those close to you are being fed with this same dark demonic fruit. The life in abundance that John 10:10 speaks of will not be your reality. Your thoughts, words and deeds will be characterised by death – fruits of killing, stealing and destroying everywhere. Yeshua, Jesus Christ, gave His life for us; all we need to do is to choose life, becoming aligned with His life in us! Choose to invite Him into all your dark sleeping Lazarus’s. Everyone in the tomb (the sleepers) has a demonic job to do. I am not sure about you but I am at a place in my life where I will not allow the enemy to use me like this anymore. I don’t say this because I think I am better than you, but because I have come to realise my dependence upon Him for everything. I have to choose life in and for every second. The only way to do this is to invite Yeshua into your pain, into your spirit thoughts, into your spirit heart, into your wounds, into your dark secret life. If we don’t do this, we become a carrier of darkness with a dark destiny in the spirit.
What influences you? If you are under the influence of drugs and alcohol, you live life in a trance. You become addicted to alcohol and drugs not because of the kick it gives you, but because of what you do and who you become in the spirit when under the influence. You become Satan’s puppet, his slave. The same happens with anyone that does not deal with their pain. Your wound becomes ‘another world’, ‘another state of consciousness’ with its own rules, experiences and behaviour - like a trance – just like Lazarus - that part becomes a ‘sleeper’ in the spirit. In this dark place in the spirit you get packed with demons, assignments and hidden agendas. Whether you are aware of it or not, one day that sleeper will awake and do his dirty demonic job. And this happens to wonderful people around us. People like you and me who just did not deal with their wounds and pain. None of us can point a finger, not even Yeshua did. He went to the other side of the sea to help the man in Gadara. But, that man had to run towards Yeshua and cried for help. Yeshua cares for all of us, even if we are in the tomb.
We need to pray, to get ourselves out and to help others to come out of the tomb. Not with a pointed finger and our opinions and judgement, but with an outstretched hand to help them to get to know the truth. Yeshua loves us all, and died for all!
It is not difficult, it is a choice. When you get up in the morning choose life! Choose happiness, choose repentance and choose His Glory light to shine unto your ‘sleepers’. Surrender even your hidden pain to Him. Do you know that only light can show us the truth in darkness? And the Word of God says that the Truth will set us free. Praise the King of kings that Yeshua is Light. You are as happy as you make up your mind to be; it is a choice. But, when a part of your soul is captive in the tomb, you can only be as happy as any man can be in the grave. You have to get out from there!!!! The man of Gadara ran out to Yeshua and started worshiping Him. Right after that the demons took over again and that is where most people get stuck. There is a part of you that love Yeshua, but then as you begin to worship Him, the demons start to torture you again and take you back into the tomb.
But, as the man kept on worshipping, Yeshua came to him. Yeshua as High Priest could not go to the graves, but the man ran out of the grave and Yeshua met him there. He will also meet you and me there. We just need to keep on running out from the darkness - in Worship, in crying out to Him, in setting our minds upon Him, in fighting the darkness by inviting the Light. We overcome the lies by asking Holy Spirit to reveal the truth to us. Denial will not help you, it will only keep you in the grave.
The amount of dark things that come out of people saddens me. But rather let it be exposed now, than one day as the Word of God speaks of in Daniel 9 ‘darkness will cover the earth’. We see this happening all around us. All the darkness in man is starting to get up out of the graves to do its dark purposes. It is not bad people I am talking about. It is people just like you and me – but they are stuck in dark painful mindsets. This spiritual condition of death/sleeping causes the epigenetic markers to pay out and all they will know is a dark, dark, dark life.
How do I know I carry darkness in me? A tree will be known by its fruit.
If your fruit is not love, it is darkness. Love, love, love – let’s keep on loving our Lazarus’s back to life.
The answer is love, your miracle’s name is Love. I have seen many people experiencing freedom already, because of all the prayers they have prayed. But their Lazarus is still in the grave sealed in by a covenant with death and darkness. Love them and help them to choose life!
Remember – two thoughts cannot occupy the mind at the same time, so the choice is yours - whether or not your thoughts will be constructive or destructive. Deut 30:19 I call heaven and earth to witness this day against you that I have set before you life and death, the blessings and the curses; therefore choose life, that you and your descendants may live.
Children are the product of parents’ choices. So let’s choose life today, so that we and our descendants may live. Forgive and receive forgiveness.
I have included a prayer for anyone that wants to start praying for their Lazarus’s sleeping in the grave. (read the following prayer before you start and agree with your spirit)
Father, in the Name of Yeshua and through the blood of the Lamb we bring our spirit man before Your Throne. Father, from our spirit we give permission that these prayers may be brought before Your Court on behalf of all of our humanity. Father, I ask in the Name of Yeshua that everyone praying and that all parts of us will be saturated by the blood of the Lamb, covered with Your armour of light and righteousness. Father, because of Golgotha and Yeshua’s resurrection we ask that the blood of Your Son will even extend past the grave to our sleeping parts. I thank You that our humanity can now be placed under the shelter of Your wings, in the cleft of the rock. I declare that we are hidden in You and that there will be no backlash or reprisal or torture because of what is prayed today and also afterwards. Thank You Abba Father.
