James4;7 Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Every day, we are all going through trials and the reason is that we are being prepared to be the remnant, the over comers. This is not learned from books but, through practical trials and tests. How faithful and full of wisdom is the God that we serve! “Retah, I want you to view trials as exercises designed to develop your trust,obedience and surrender muscles. You all live in the midst of fierce spiritual battles, and “fear” is one of Satan’s favorite weapons. My child, when “fear”speaks to you, immediately affirm your trust in Me. Don’t allow those voices to manipulate you. Start to train your spirit, speak out the Word, stay in Me, don’t do anything without Me, allow My Holy Spirit to speak to you and stay in a love relationship with Me.
That means communicating with me all the time in the spirit. RESIST THE Devil in My Name, stay in the light, stay in truth – be transparent. Keep your thoughts in the light and be wide awake for the voice of Jezebel that would do anything to get you back into old patterns. Don’t look back My child, yesterday is gone. I want you to focus on today. Stay in ‘now’ conscious. So many people are stuck in yesterday, or dream about their life in the future - but are afraid of today. You only have today –so live in today, and keep your eyes on the winning line. Phil 3:14 I press on toward the goal to win the (supreme and heavenly) prize to which God in Christ Jesus is calling us upward. Refresh yourself in My Holy Presence and delight yourself in Me. Sing a song of joy in your spirit, or rejoice in the covenant that we share. Stay in Me My child and My Face will shine radiantly upon you. That is how sons of YHVH will be – transparent radiant with the Glory of YHVH upon them.”
It is a long weekend in South Africa, and we flew down to Cape Town, last night. My family will go back on Monday night, but I will stay behind to work from here for the week. It is a cold rainy day at the beach. We are all still in our “bedjamies” (sleepwear) enjoying a warm cup of ILLY coffee looking out at the rough waves of the sea”. Aldo reads his Bible, Josh plays with the tennis ball, as usual, and Tinus, Chans and I just enjoy the peace of being away and alone with our Abba Father. I can see how we all enjoy the quietness spending quality time with Yeshua, “just seeking His face” – and that is the best gift we can ever receive, quiet time.
Ps 105:4 Look to the Lord and His strength, seek His face always.
The battles are tough, but our Abba is so much bigger than anything that we all are going through. We are so privilege to be able to cast all our cares upon Him, because he cares for us. Ps 55:22 Cast your burden on the Lord (releasing the weight of it) and He will sustain you; He will never allow the (consistently) righteous to be moved (made to slip, fall or fail).
All that we are going through are just to make us stronger in the Lord and becoming more like Him in character.
Trust in Him with unfailing faith – there is no other way for me to do things other than to take every little detail to Him and then to trust Him completely for the outcome. We are busy putting a diary of Aldo, that he wrote for teenagers, on an “app” so that children can download it and receive their daily devotions on their phones every day. It is a big step of faith because it is BIG money to create the“app”. But I have learned that “YHVH IS YHVH”. The same when you are trusting Yeshua for something specific. Start by writing a petition with your specific requests and bring it to Him in the courts. “Lord, I bring this before Your throne. I ask for Your blessing upon this project so that Aldo will have an income, to be able to provide for his family one day as You want a man to provide for his family. Abba, I know You are His provider and will always be –but I also believe that we have to work and then You can bless the work of our hands. Father, every year He can write a new one and Your Spirit can use him in this way because Abba you know that he cannot yet, speak or communicate well. Your Word says delight yourself in Me and I will give you the desires (secret petitions) of your heart. Abba, that is all Aldo do the whole day – may You bless the time that he spend seeking your face – with writing it down and blessing others with that Wisdom from Your throne”.
We are all just parents, but parents trusting YHVH that He is our Wisdom, our Source and our Life! Abba, I give Aldo’s future into Your hands, thank You that You are His provider. I just so want him to feel that he also works and receives a blessing on that. I don’t ever want my children to hold out their hands or to be dependent upon others for their provision – because that is not what the Word of YHVH teaches us. Our eyes are on You and Your will for our lives. He said I have never seen a man of YHVH not having bread to eat.
Thank you that I can be transparent, saying to you that I also face normal day to day challenges. But learn with me that every challenge becomes a testimony as you give it over to Yeshua trusting in Him alone. Every step of faith I take, anchor’s me more in Yeshua – and I know by now He is always faithful!
