Many people say to me, “But I lack a sufficiency of faith?” Yes I know, the disciples asked Yeshua for an increase in their faith. (Luke 17:5)
The man with an epileptic son cried out to Yeshua after He said to him, “ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IF A PERSON BELIEVES”, “Lord, I do believe, but help me overcome my unbelief!” Yeshua commanded the evil spirit to leave and never enter him again. The disciples asked Yeshua , “Why couldn’t we cast out that evil spirit?” Yeshua replied, ”This kind can be cast out only by prayer and fasting.” (Mark 9:23-29)
Many people feel that they don’t have enough faith. Faith is a difficult thing to conjure up from human reasoning. Faith operates from your spirit (mind) - at least, the faith that pleases YHVH.
Thankfully YHVH has provided a means whereby we can receive the type of faith that He wants for us. “So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of YHVH”. (Romans 10:17)
Do we have an ‘intellectual faith’ or is there a supernatural element to the faith that YHVH provides? This is where people struggle, because it is not intellectual, but it comes with a love relationship, knowing YHVH’s heart for you. Going deeper and seeing that there is so much more than what the flesh can see.
For with YHVH nothing is ever impossible and no word from YHVH shall be without power or impossible to fulfil. Holy Spirit has been so gracious not to allow us to learn to our own understanding as we hear the Word, but the supernatural way through His breath (His Spirit). He implies ‘life’ to the Word. The faith that Holy Spirit imparts as a result of His pure and perfect Word is the faith of YHVH – the God-kind of faith! Not our own kind of understanding, but all through His Spirit in my spirit!
Mark 11:22 And Yeshua said to the disciples, “Have faith in God. (Have YHVH’s faith) I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, may you be lifted up and cast into the sea, and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart. I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours. “
Faith in YHVH, is having the faith of YHVH. Faith originates with YHVH, the faith which is in the Son of God. (Gal 2:20)
Nothing short of the faith of YHVH can remove mountains. But when His faith operates through His children, we can accomplish this.
Do you know Him? The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob?
I have learned in my journey of faith that YHVH cannot lie. (Titus 1:1-2).
There is no one greater than Him. He is the greatest in the universe, and He Keeps His promises. He is faithful and just!
And most of all - He loves us with an everlasting love. But still in His presence - my real emptiness is exposed, my self-centeredness and my flesh and my lack of releasing control.
That is why I also cry out – please help me to overcome my unbelief!
I cried out to YHVH, “Abba, I hold on to your promise, my knuckles are white and I will not let go!”
I heard this word that comforts my heart, “I based the fulfilment of My promise to Abraham, not so much on Abrahams own ability to appropriate the promise, but primarily on My own ability to fulfil it. I have complete confidence in My spoken Word. Keep on fighting and running the race of faith Retah, I will do the rest. Don’t stop, don’t give up, push forward, obey my calling and my commandments. Keep your faith and never stop praying! I will complete the work that I have begun. This is the purification and healing road that every man needs to walk. My way my child, not yours. I am with you on this road (battle).”
And that is what I hold on to!
We just came back from our trip to Germany and France. We had a good time, but a real tough time. Aldo had two epileptic seizures, and was so very weak. We were confronted with a lot of spiritual attacks. Aldo is so sensitive to what is going on in the spirit. So much is going on that eyes don’t see, but is real in the spirit. He explains to us, and I become so aware that it is all in the spirit, and we are all part of it. The battle is on, and we need to be ready in and out of season.
Letter Translation: "Blessed is the the Lord, He is the one who took my suffering on Him. It is Him who save my every time out of the suffering of hell."
We had many flights to take, and with Aldo so weak made it very difficult. The enemy knew why we were there, and he did not like it at all! That gives me more confidence than ever to go on with the translating of our book ‘A message from God’ in France.
Many a time I wonder if it would make any difference to people, or would they believe if I explain the real battle in the spirit? It is so complicated, yet so basic and simple if you just walk in the spirit? The battle is for a pure spotless bride! And the enemy blinded the eyes of the world with ‘self’. We think that faith is just about comfort, but it is so much more! The battle is all around you, in you. It will fight you through your family and close ones. It fights for territories. It fights through the brokenness in you, it fights the ‘self’ in you, it fights through the darkness in you, it fights the love you have for Yeshua and it fights your calling and your destiny. Yes, it is a fight! It is the powers and principalities that fight us for who we are In Christ. It is a battle that is going on in the unseen, but yet it can be seen so easily. It is a battle that wants us to stop and leave our faith, or question YHVH’s faithfulness. It is a battle that wants you to fight in the flesh, and not in the spirit. The more I learn about this battle, the more humble I become, and the more I hold onto the God-kind of faith. Because I know that only He can help us to stand and to overcome. Not only a sickness or evil spirit, but overcomes our own selfish desires – ‘all about myself’! It is deep, and it is intense, and it will intensify more as we approach the days of darkness – or the days of wonders?
Faith seems to put the power of YHVH in our hearts and activate life in us where unbelief appears to tie up the hands of YHVH.
Prayer and faith are like two oars of the boat which row us across the river. I look around me and see that ‘genuine faith of YHVH’ is very rare upon the earth. The reason for is there is not enough ‘face down’ prayer. We must pray into the Divine presence and connect intimately with YHVH and Holy Spirit will inspire our prayers as well as our faith. Through prayer we are getting away of self, where we abide at the feet of Yeshua.
The battle is for a pure bride, not for comfort alone.
Run the race of faith my friend and don’t give up! I rejoice because every battle takes out more of me. I become less, so that He can become more.
