All consuming Holy Fire of YHVH – fill me!
Isaiah 60:1- 2 ARISE [from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept you--rise to a new life]! Shine (be radiant with the glory of the Lord),
for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you!
For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and dense darkness [all] peoples,
but the Lord shall arise upon you [O Jerusalem], and His glory shall be seen on
you.
The world is been shaken and people are broken. We are all victims of Satan’s plans of destruction. But YHVH has other plans; He wants us to become overcomers in the midst of the destruction around us. And to be an overcomer, you have to overcome something! Even while we all experience darkness and tribulation, we are also witnesses of YHVH’s presence in the midst of it all.
After seeking YHVH with all your heart and consecrating your life to Him, He will baptize you with His Holy Fire - and that my friend, is the key! His fire in us will change everything. His fire will reveal everything that is hidden in our souls.
God is a consuming fire; His very presence is fire.
Rev 1:14 His head and His hair were white like white wool, [as white] as snow, and His eyes [flashed] like a flame of fire.
Luke 3:16 He will baptize you with Holy Spirit and fire.
Acts 2:3 The disciples in the upper room received the baptism of fire.
This makes me so excited, because when I am wounded, I can ask for His consuming fire to come into my wounds so as to burn out all the dirt. The moment the dirt starts burning, we see that the hidden snake comes out of the fire. Satan cannot stand the consuming fire of YHVH.
Acts 28:3 But when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks and laid them on the fire, a viper came out because of the heat, and fastened on his hand 5) But he shook off the creature into the fire and suffered no harm.”
We can do the same by inviting YHVH and His fire into our wounds, into our dark situations, into our pain and into our families. You will see how quickly the serpent will come out! We have the Blood of Yeshua, we can take up our responsibility, repent and stop blaming everyone else. The more we pray and repent the more the fire of YHVH comes upon our hearts.
We cannot be healed in our own strength, we need The Blood of Yeshua, His resurrection power and Holy Fire. People live a life without passion if they are not filled with the Holy Spirit and the fire of YHVH.
His fire is a purifying fire. This fire cannot be quenched; it burns continuously. We enter the Fire when we spend time on our knees, humbling ourselves before the King of Glory, opening up our hearts and allowing Him to burn and show us the real condition of our hearts. These are the times where we become one with Him. The serpent that we all carry with us (just like Paul) can only surface, when there is fire in our hearts. Just like Paul, we are all bitten by the snake, poisoning and even killing parts of us.
A very powerful prayer for us and our families to pray is, “Lord, please light your consuming fire in our hearts.” This fire will cause ‘self’ to be burned out of us; causing us to focus more and more on Him. From this place we will worship in Spirit and Truth and this is where we learn to abide in His love and presence.
Face to face on our knees is where He births new life, new dreams and new visions into our hearts. This is where He shows us the serpent’s face and helps us to deal with our hidden hurts , masquerading as ‘truth’ in our lives. Here, in His fire, is where people are being delivered from the serpent inside of them that they used to carry with them.
He wants to purify us all, but this is not what all of us desire. To be purified, means that I have to go through some kind of fire in my life. Unfortunately, our nature is to run away from fire. His fire will bring you out of your hidden places of escape - where you do not want to face reality, but hide from ‘now consciousness’.
We are living in the last days and the enemy is heating up his schemes, his lies and deceiving ways. For us to stand as the Bride we need His Fire! Only those who have this fire and His power will be able to overcome. YHVH wants to use you to be a vessel of honour to release His Power and authority that He gave us to throw the serpent in the fire. After that incident, Paul prayed for the people and they all got healed. We don’t pray with confidence whilst the serpent is still in our hearts. Moral darkness and the evidence of the serpent in our midst is seen everywhere.
But rejoice, knowing His fire brings light into darkness. The fire of YHVH will burn out all our darkness. His fire will reveal the hidden motives of our hearts and that is all that He sees.
The fire of YHVH will release power and righteousness in our lives. And for that I am so thankful. “Thank You for the Blood, thank You that I can say ‘I am guilty’, thank You for granting me a spirit of repentance, thank You for forgiveness and thank You for a life in abundance – an overcoming life to those who are willing to go through the fire!”
Be blessed my friend and know that we are all walking the same path. Even Paul did. But, one day, we will all say, “We have overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and the Word of our testimony.”

You are the Almighty God that answers by fire. I ask you to release Your divine almighty fire and burn all the works of darkness in my life.
Baptize me with Your Divine Holy Spirit and fire.
Let your perfect love and fire abide in my heart and hands, so that I can pray with a compassionate heart for those who need healing.
Let your fire burn in my eyes, my mouth and in my life so that light will transform darkness wherever I go.
Let Your fire protect us and cover us.
Release your fire to burn up all the idols in our lives.
Thank you Abba, that we can focus on loving You and seeking You all the days of our lives.
