It is recommended to pray these prayers with an intercessor present or with a deliverance ministry close to you. These prayers are not a 'quick fix,' deliverance is a journey and part of warfare. Praying these prayers are simply the beginning of your journey to healing and wholeness. 
In praying these prayers you take up the responsibility to walk this journey.
