Love your neighbor as yourself

Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength. The second is love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these. Mark 12:30-31

Making plans for the weekend should be something fun!  But instead, I met people that used their time and Godly talent for His glory. Designing, building and painting the whole weekend is not for the faint of heart.

But those of you that met the people that worked at "Tiny Toezies," will know that these hearts are groaning to. Just normal people like you and me.

I saw how willing hands and feet also shared the gospel of good news even without any words to those around them.  Many children will follow through that gates for generations to come... before they knew it a beautiful light shine out of their hearts and brighten up ours.

That’s how faith in God works.  We take hands and work together.

How thankful I am for all that contributed towards this project.  I stand amazed how people just came to the front and helped out with so much love. The mural was done by an amazing woman. So much love and time went into it.

We still have to follow through this week and finish what we started.  How important it is not to sell short who you really are, but in the transformation process there is always room for improvement.

So, the kitchen and bathroom are being settled in today.  Floors are like roofs, the one give shelter and shade above, but we also need solid foundations below.  So, the tiling and paving need to be completed this week.

We found a space to say "have Your way in Tiny Toezies, Lord."  Tiny hands form a frame of faith, as well as big hearts that form a sign of grace as the body work together all over the world.

Let’s lift up our heads as we welcome the King of Glory to enter in.

Blessings to you,

Retah and family
