God has a love-plan for each of our lives

“Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven” (Luke 6:37-38).

Condemnation builds walls that separate people from one another. You will discern it in the spirit whether someone judges or condemns you  – because those thoughts or words become arrows in the spirit. These arrows are the stones with which the walls of separation are built. Condemning and judging others is so dangerous and leads to terrible repercussions in the spirit realm. I had to learn the hard way that whatsoever you sow that you will reap also – be sure of that.

A judgemental spirit is the opposite of a meek and gentle spirit; and a gentle spirit is a reflection of God’s character. If we only realize.... we cannot fool God; we are either in Him, or in the world! As we live our lives being “in Christ” we will start seeing through His eyes and we will see that God is not waiting for a reason or opportunity to punish us – but rather wants to lead us into the light of His truth to live in accordance with His Word. God is full of mercy and grace.

The more I started walking in the light of God, the more I became aware of my own faults and shortcomings. Because of God’s light I was no longer blind to these ‘weaknesses’ and I could start dealing with what God revealed to me in the spirit. The end-result was seen in the transformation of my fleshly nature. Jesus came so that we could live a life of abundance – resurrection life; not just laying down the old life and our sin nature, but truly living as a new creation in His kingdom.

It is such a special privilege to live in the truth of His kingdom here on earth – it is so simplistic but real! In Him we start living according to His nature. Anything outside of that (seeds of the flesh) will result in deeds of the flesh and ultimately destruction. But in Him we have the seed of the Spirit, and that will lead to deeds of the spirit which is truth and abundant-life.

Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth (John 4:23-24).

Christ set certain standards and truths for us to live by – standards of love in order to bless us, and we need to spread this blessing to others. No matter how eloquently I try to explain this, the truth comes down to this: When we don’t walk “in Christ” and in His light, our fleshly nature will rule over us and we will eat the bitter fruit of the things we sow according to the flesh.

You will know that you are living according to the flesh when you say, “I think I’ll try to do my own thing now, I’ll pray about it later”. Or, “I know God will forgive me again – I’ll just ask for forgiveness afterwards”. Be so very careful with these kinds of thoughts.... because that is how we end up with a harvest of sin in our lives and hardened hearts.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jer. 29:11).

In order for us to receive what God has promised us, we need to walk in His light - in His covenant. The moment we move out from under this covenant light, we become targets for the enemy. It is true that we bring curses upon ourselves by walking in unrighteousness, or even when we walk in fear. In order for us to stay under God’s covenant light of glory it requires that we stay obedient to His voice.  God’s voice is mostly a soft whisper and not a voice that yells out commands. God is not a respecter of person, so even if you love Him with all your heart but still continue in sin, you will reap a harvest of death in your life and not the promise of an abundant life that Jesus came to give us. The revelation of this truth really brought me to a place where I took a long hard look at my own life in order to evaluate what I was bringing upon myself. Ask yourself: What am I busy with that is the reason why I eat what we eat in my own life?

Jesus says in John 14 vs. 15: “If you love me, keep my commands.” Obedience to His commands is the yardstick Jesus gives us to use as a measure for our love for Him. I have started to comprehend in a greater way God’s love-plan for our lives – and it sweeps me off my feet every time! God has made available to us His supernatural power, His character of love, His favour and mercy, His blood that frees us from every bondage and infirmity, and His love and peace to dwell in us every moment of our lives.

The Holy Spirit has taught me to live in God’s glory light 24/7 through Aldo. Lately I don’t go to bed before I haven’t soaked in God’s glory light, and I can really testify that the revelations God is giving me about my own life is just so powerful because of these soaking sessions!

It is in this glory light that God has showed me how He healed 12-year-old Aldo during this last month to become the young man of almost 19 years that he is today. It is in His glory light that God has spoken to me: “Retah, now it is the time for you to be healed. Look at Aldo through My eyes – a young man, My prophet, but you still only see him as a child.” I immediately repented when I realized this. That next morning I said to Aldo, “Will you please forgive me, Aldo? Jesus showed me that I didn’t see you for who you are. He showed me what you look like through His eyes – I am so sorry.” “That’s okay, Mom,” he replied, “small Aldo is gone now. He is healed – Jesus came and made us one!”

And so my family and I keep on walking in the glory light of Jesus day by day and we immediately deal with the things He shows us. This transparency and purity that comes from dealing with our issues little by little and being freed from what bound us, is true Kingdom life – because that is how God breaks open the things we need to deal with that still stand in our way of living completely “in Christ”.... little by little, only asking of us our obedience.

Aldo wrote the other day: “I am transparent Mom. In His light we need to be transparent.” When we are not transparent, God will come lovingly and show us the dry areas we need to work on so that nothing will be left in darkness for the enemy to latch onto.

When I stand before the throne of God I always put Aldo and Josh in the river of life. Aldo wrote the other day:

“Will you always bless me? What you did for me at the throne washes me with red [the blood of the Lamb]. You saw that I am now free from hell’s fear. Wisdom says that He is proud of us. Crying was because of the reed that was broken, and laughter is because the reed is red [covered in the blood of Jesus].

Wisdom is here now, so He is the one who is writing. He is red in me.

Hatred and hardened hearts is what they [the enemy] use.

Take me to Jesus. He is dew-love.”

What an amazing confirmation! Because this is how I keep on praying for the trauma to come out of his back and his left eye. I take him to the throne of God every day in the spirit, and that is why Aldo discerns it in the spirit. This is how simplistic the spirit dimension works, but we tend to complicate it when we try to figure it out with our minds.

It is before the throne of Grace, that our loving Abba Father reaches out to us with His everlasting love that never changes and never diminishes. When you come to eat and drink from Jesus you will become completely satisfied with love... not just any love, but unconditional love. Only through God’s eyes will we see things in perspective – we will see that life is not about us, but about God’s majesty and His glory.

You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things. Now we know that God’s judgment against those who do such things is based on truth. So when you, a mere human being, pass judgment on them and yet do the same things, do you think you will escape God’s judgment? Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?

But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath against yourself for the day of God’s wrath, when his righteous judgment will be revealed. God “will repay each person according to what they have done. (Rom. 2:1-6).

Do we live out God’s goodness, His longsuffering, His patience towards others? Because that is God’s character, and if we say we follow Him we should reflect who He is. You can be the most intelligent of all the intellectuals, but still have emptiness inside of you. You may think to yourself that everything can change if this or that person prays for you... no, what you need is to meet Jesus face to face! No person will be able to fill the emptiness. God’s love-plan was to send His Son to give us fullness and life and victory... to make us His bride. That is the only way that our emptiness can be filled – only through Jesus!

It is going so well with Aldo and Josh and Tinus. Aldo can’t laugh properly yet, but God gave us a double portion of laughter through Josh – his frequent laughter that bubbles out of him is a tonic in our house. We are still busy with inner healing and together with Wisdom we walk out this road of healing for the soul step by step.

After many prayers coming from this mommy-heart for a special girl-friend for Aldo, God has sent us someone very special. Someone hand-picked by God for the hour he is now in. With much excitement there were a few girls who started visiting Aldo last year. Without praying about how God wanted to do it or if it carried His stamp of approval, I just accepted this new interested in him with open arms... until the day that Wisdom revealed to us through Aldo’s pen that only this one specific girl could keep on visiting him. Aldo gently explained that Wisdom told him that He knew each of the girls’ destinies and that He would protect each of them, but not all of the girls’ destinies were aligned with Aldo’s. Aldo’s words were: “I am a man of God, Mom, and only this one girl that was chosen by God is allowed to visit me from now on. Not all of them Mom, I am a man of God!” He went on to explain that Wisdom knows what God has planned for each of them, and that it is a big destiny in Christ, “but Mom, be obedient and tell them immediately because Wisdom says He wants to take me into His destiny-call for  my life now.” I knew it wasn’t Aldo that spoke those words because he enjoyed each of the girls’ friendship so much. We still bless them every day and pray that they walk in God’s perfect plan for their lives.

Her dew-love is gold to me. Chans, thank you for your dew-love.

Chantelle, the girl who was allowed to keep on visiting Aldo, is older than he is and she works at the ministry and the guesthouse. In the beginning when Aldo wrote that Chanz (as he calls her) was allowed to keep on visiting him, I was quite surprised, but after this road we have walked up till now,  I have learned to be obedient to what Wisdom reveals. Today I can see how faithful God is – Chantelle is not only mature in the flesh, but also specifically what Abba had planned for Aldo in the spirit. In the beginning I couldn’t see with my flesh eyes what Wisdom already saw in the spirit, because I couldn’t see past the fact that she was older than him. Oh, how I had to repent of that, because an older girl is exactly what God wanted for him – she helps him in the flesh, but she is also mature in the spirit! God sought out her hands to lift up Aldo and to heal his heart with His love. She understands Aldo on a deep spiritual level and God has touched both of their hearts and made them one – in front of my eyes.

But Aldo still writes, “Mom, you must keep on breaking the words of death that people are speaking over my friendship with Chanz. Wisdom says these words are curses.” He even wrote down the specific words people say about them, and I stood amazed that people can say such things! There were even other mothers that came to me and said: “But I believed that it was going to be my daughter!” No, we seek God’s will and not the will of man! Aldo is very protective over his relationship with Chanz - a relationship born out of God’s heart, and not out of his mother or father’s. Chantelle went with us to Israel last year and that is where we saw God’s plan for him with her. She has such a servant heart, and she serves Aldo and they are one in the spirit. God has given us far, far, far above what I could have dreamed! It doesn’t make sense according to the world’s standards, but it is a gift from God’s hand for His children. This mommy-heart of mine is bubbling with joy to see what God has done for His children – He created something so special out of nothing. Chantelle is gentle, full of peace and mature – and yes, God has even given Aldo his hearts-desire, she is blond! When we take photos of them the fire of God is always on them. God is God, and He is faithful!

And so Abba brings healing to all of us - step by step. Keep on believing and trusting God – because all that God needs in order to grant your prayer is faith! Aldo’s friendship with Chantelle is just another testimony of that.

I am going to record another video soon, and we want to start including Aldo in these video’s. I keep on reassuring him that the more people get used to his voice and his way of speaking the more they will start to understand him. In the beginning it might be strange to you, but we trust Holy Spirit to deliver the message and to touch your ears so you can hear and understand. Nothing is impossible for God!

Love,

Retah and the family.
